Lama Sha’sha’a is the cofounder and chair of the International Robotics Academy, a private institution for STEM education. In 2016, she was recognized as a Jordanian delegate to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit at Stanford University, hosted by former President Barack Obama. She was later selected to participate in the 2022 Fortune-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program. She serves on the board of directors for several not-for-profit organizations and, as a fellow at the IMD-Business School, is also furthering her digital transformation studies with a special focus on leadership in the digital age. Sha’sha’a holds a master’s degree in international trade with a focus on business development from the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy.
